| - Point of contact for the entire investing community - Responsible for maintaining relationship with influencing analysts, MFs/FIIs/ FIs/Pvt. Equity Firms across geographies and across businesses - Representing Company in Investor conferences - Also be part in determining the impact on stock prices by carrying out financial analysis on the basis of information received and communicate with investors on the basis of the analysis. - Proactively communicate Group developments that may have an impact on the valuations through investor presentations and analysts' briefings. - Gather relevant information from SBUs /Group Companies and communicate them appropriately. |
