| - Responsible for the oversight of the whole operations - Set policies, procedures, rules and regulations while ensuring compliance. - Formulate overall IB business strategy and plans and prepare budget forecasts for income and expenses for the team - Originate new business - Analyse and execute transactions and take a lead role in production of related analysis and documentation - Manage and perform financing mandates in corporate finance, project finance and private placement and investment advisory services including pre-IPO financing - Guide, manage and perform buy/sell side M&A, distressed M&A and restructuring - Assist and advise the company's board of directors in matters regarding organisational and strategic planning and development - Establish and maintain effective relationships with significant counterparts and external parties - Lead motivate direct and develop staff to perform effectively and work to their best potential. Participate in the recruitment and selection process - Requirements - University degree in finance, accounting or equivalent. CA / MBA / CFA qualifications is a plus - 10-12 years in corporate finance function with at least 5 years managerial experience in a top tier investment bank or consulting company in India - Extensive deal sheet - Excellent business development skills, well-networked with the Medium scale enterprises. - Knowledge of investment banking, valuation, risk management, negotiation, managerial skills and multi-tasking abilities - Strong client staff and relationship management skills - Strong /proven management capability - Reporting to: Managing Director - Compensation offered: Negotiable |
