| - Job profile includes working on M&A transactions. - Making proposals and pitch presentations, - Understanding the client objectives behind the M&A transaction, developing scope of work, co-ordinating with client, - Planning for the work to be done, managing the entire Due Diligence process, reporting – including making presentations to the client and advising the client on the transaction. - Managing clients and maintaining contacts with key persons in the client organization – CFOs/ CEOs. - Also involves coaching and developing the team – in the overall M&A/ due diligence process. - Reporting to: Head Investment Banking - Experience: 5-8yrs experience in transaction support services |
