We have distributed the whole team into three units; Operations management unit, Strategic management unit and Vision Management unit. The operations management unit has three major functions; Success management; relationship management and knowledge management. The strategic team looks into major account management, strategic level relationship management, business development and executive search, while as the Vision management team navigates the company towards achieving the stated vision of the company.
